GlobalBuy provides a platform connecting buyers worldwide with Chinese e-commerce marketplaces. We act as a purchasing agent β€” we do not manufacture, own, or warehouse the products we purchase on your behalf. We facilitate the purchase, quality inspection, consolidation, and international shipping of goods.

3.User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@globalbuy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize GlobalBuy to purchase the specified product on your behalf. Payment is required in full before we purchase items. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. All prices are displayed in CNY (Β₯) unless stated otherwise. Exchange rates are applied at the time of transaction.

5.Shipping & Customs

International shipping is subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. GlobalBuy is not liable for delays, duties, confiscations, or losses caused by customs authorities. Estimated transit times are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.Prohibited Items

You may not use our services to purchase or ship prohibited items including but not limited to: counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, hazardous materials, restricted weapons, items illegal in the destination country, and items violating airline regulations. See our full Prohibited Items list.

7.Returns & Refunds

We will reship or refund items confirmed to be significantly different from description or damaged before international shipping. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of our quality inspection notification. We cannot process returns for items already internationally shipped unless there is a confirmed defect noted during inspection.

8.Limitation of Liability

GlobalBuy's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for seller fraud on third-party platforms, though we will assist in dispute resolution.

9.Changes to Terms
